2010   Mini Summer Camps

Ages 3-7yrs     $175    Monday - Thursday

   Toy Story    July 6-9   9am – 1pm
Round up with your favorite Toy Story Friends!... Woody, Jesse, Buzz and the gang!
Lots of playroom fun and craft activities including Toy Story Bingo, Mr. Hot Potato and get ready
for the 100 Army Man Hunt! Sing and dance to some favorite Toy story tunes including
“You’ve Got a Friend in Me” and “Bulls Eye”.

Barbie  July 12-15  9am -1pm
Frilly, girly and pink all over!  Calling all Barbie princesses and fairytopia lovers!
Our girly week will also offer children a chance to get a little
glitz and glam at our Barbie Beauty shop. All Barbie dolls invited!

Princess and the Frog  Aug 2-5   9am – 1pm
All little frogs and princesses will be thoroughly enchanted as we venture into the wonderful food and flare of New Orleans.  A castle to create, royal playdoh,  and Musical lilypads are a few of the activities to keep the little ones busy! The music of the 20’s and the deep south will keep us dancing during the week!

Luau Splash Down  Aug 9-12    9am – 1pm
Aloha! We will have tons of luau fun Monday through Wednesday at the studio, and then finish out the week with a Splash down and BBQ on Thursday. This is always a hit with the children as we get to go to Ms. Erica’s house and splash around in kiddie pools!

 
Bring a lunch to all camps and dress comfortably or in character for the theme!  All camps provide a daily snack, arts and crafts projects and a presentation for the parents on Thursday at 12:45pm (with the exception of the Splash camp).

Junior Summer Camps ‘09
At The Dance Affair
Monday – Friday 1:30- 4:30pm
Ages 7- 10       $165

iCarly!         
July 12-16     Monday – Friday   1:30 – 4:30 pm
Using many of the music pieces from this series, students will learn dances, songs, and stage and performance skills and create the scenery, costumes and props for their performance.   Show on Friday of this week at 4:30pm.
Alvin the Squeakquel   
Aug 2-6  Monday–Friday   1:30 –4:30 pm
Do you love the movie and the music??? Join Alvin, the Chipmunks and the Chipettes for a week of Squeakquel fun! You will love doing the dances and singing the songs to this wonderful movie. Students will create scenery for the performance and put together costumes. Show on Friday at 4:30pm for family and friends.

Bring water to all camps and dress in dance clothing and bring all dance shoes.  All camps provide a daily snack, arts and crafts projects and a presentation for the parents on Friday at 4:30pm.

Pajama Party         July 19-23   

Grab your jammies and pillow and get ready for some fun!  It’s my Party and I’ll Cry if I want to! Wake up Little Suzie and Night Fever are a few of our planned routines.  This camp will include a one night slumber party at the dance studio complete with singing, dancing, popcorn and movies. It’s a party you won’t want to miss!

Broadway Sensation          July  26-30     

The world is a stage and this is your chance to be on it! Come on along and listen to, the Lullaby of Broadway. Are you a Broadway Baby? It could be your One, Singular Sensation. I’m Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile, are you? Join us for a fabulous stroll as we sing and dance to some of the favorites of the Broadway stage.  
 

All camps include daily classes in Tap, Ballet, Jazz,
Hip Hop, Singing and Acting.  Additional classes in: make-up, choreography, scenery, props and costume making. A fieldtrip and daily snack are provided. T-shirt, photos and a notebook are also included in the fees.  Bring your dance shoes and a lunch each day! End of week performance on Friday evening for family and friends.
